Can I wash my bath pillow in the washing machine?
Yes, the Bath Haven Bath Cushions are machine washable.
How do I care for my bath pillow?
After use, remove the bath cushion carefully, using the tip of your nails to separate the suction cups from the surface. Hang to air dry after each use. When washing, place the pillow in the mesh bag that is included in your order so that the suction cups don’t stick to your washing machine and to prevent the material from snags. Machine wash on cold or gentle cycle and then dry on low heat or fluff air cycle for 30 minutes or less.
How do I remove the bath pillow from the tub?
Remove the bath cushion carefully, using the tip of your nails to separate the suction cups from the surface. DO NOT remove by pulling the entire bath cushion as this can cause damage to the product.
Do the suction cups stick to all kinds of bath surfaces?
The suction cups will stick to the majority of bath surfaces. However, avoid the use of suction cups on uneven or textured surfaces such as copper bathtubs, as they may not adhere.
How frequently should you wash your bath pillow?
Clean the bath pillows regularly with the included wash bag to prevent mildew development every 1 to 2 weeks, at a minimum.
Can you use Epsom salt with the Bath Haven Bath Pillows?
Yes, our products are safe to use with salts, bath bombs, and bubbles.
When you are sitting on the full body mat, can you feel the suction cups underneath?
The suction cups are arranged around the edges of the backside of the mat.
Are these bath pillows non-slip?
Our bath pillows have ultra-strong suction cups that are placed strategically across the back of the bathtub cushion to provide a reliable seal to keep it in place.
Are the bath pillows latex-free?
Yes. Our products are latex-free.
How frequently should you wash your bath pillow?
We recommend washing your bath pillow every 1-2 weeks.
